Creatures Of The Commonplace seeks to question, explore, and ultimately aid in the journey toward individual and collective wellbeing. Founded by holistic health practitioner, yoga teacher, and wellness advocate Meg Conrad, it moves with the intention of learn, nourish, grow. Through offering a variety of information, services, tools, and practices, we hope to contribute to the conversation around what it means to be whole — in mind, body, and soul. Acknowledging that we are the sum of many parts, as individuals and a society.

Inspired by nature, we observe that sustained and worthwhile change is cultivated in the mundane and commonplace corners of everyday life. While our individual journeys can look very different from one another, we believe that many foundational aspects of wellbeing can be encouraged and pursued by most in our day to day routines, found around us in small changes and shifts in behaviors and habits.

We encourage you to join us by making use of our Journal — a growing library of free content meant to spark your own questioning and exploration — or by purchasing relevant services and goods through our online shop.

Meg is a Certified Integrative Nutrition & Health Practitioner through New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is committed to continued research, learning, and furthering of her own training and education. Additionally, she is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher regularly leading classes in and outside of studio locations.

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Creatures Of The Commonplace works with an international client base and community.
